Let me get this out first, their prices are incredibly cheap and their plans offer generous features.

I'm running a personal blog since 2008 and switched to paid hosting in 2011.

Their support turnaround is reasonable and they're ready to help if you ever encounter a problem with your site.
They've recently updated the user interface and site management has been a whole lot better.

However, my only nitpick is sometimes there are slow server days but they've been improving their services over time so it's not much of a big deal.

I'm ready to upgrade if my blog picks up more traffic.

It's a great move to move all my sites to capitan hosting. Plans are very affordable yet feature pack which you can normally get from premium hosting service of other host but for a higher price. Support team is very helpful and even help me to fix my wordpress site problem when I mess with it.
