My fault on missing their email on the payment for almost 3 months! Once I realised the email was sent to another less frequently used email, I made the payment immediately and they got the site up in minutes! I'm a student/freelancer from Singapore, and I came across Cloudean from one of those best cheap web hosting websites. Initially, I was skeptical, as I thought how can it be so cheap? I just couldn't believe it. But since it was so cheap, I just go ahead and tried it, and it was legitimately the best decision I've made regarding web hosting. The service is just top notch. For example: 1) I was trying to migrate my WordPress site from the previous hosting, but I have no clue how. I asked the support expecting them to give me step-by-step procedure on migrating the website, but to my surprise, they OFFERED to help me migrate the WordPress site. They may not do the same for you, especially when they're busy, but this is the extend they did for me. 2) I wanted to install YOURLS, a custom url shortener. But I couldn't do it cos it was kind of troublesome and I didn't know how to create a database in the cPanel, and again I asked them to provide my guidance, but they did it for me once again. It's amazing, and I am forever grateful for them. 3) I recommended a friend to use Cloudean for her portfolio hosting, and there was a huge problem with it, website isn't rendering and what not. Asked her to have a chat with the person (Prasad) and Prasad helped solve the problem within an hour or two. 4) Wanted to install G-Suite's email through the custom domain, and again, Prasad helped me with it. These are just things I could remember from the top of my head. I've used Cloudean since May 2017 if I recall correctly, and I'm planning to stay forever to support them. In terms of speed, I am using one of their servers in Singapore since I'm from Singapore, and the speed is top notch. No lags on a decent wifi, and WordPress sites surprisingly load extremely fast here (like, in an instant fast, albeit on a MacBook Pro). You also have the ability to at any point of time increase your storage or increase your bandwidth. I was initially using only 3GB for my website, of which I only used 1.5GB, but I increased it to 5GB as I'm using multiple domains and websites in one cPanel (yes they allow that!) and planning to increase it to 10GB to support them even more! I've not used their Cloud hosting or VPS, but if I ever need one in the future, I'll definitely go for them. Pricing-wise, they are dirt-cheap. Since I used them quite early on, I pay only $3.11 USD for 5GB storage and 1TB bandwidth, with unlimited sub-domains and email addressed, if I recall correctly. In summary, they are the absolute best in everything, and I'll have to admit this is bias considering I've not even tried any other of those top web hosting websites. I initially wanted to use SiteGround or the website with the Turbo plan or something (I've forgot what's the name), but I have absolutely no regrets in choosing Cloudean. Please go ahead and try Cloudean, they are such wonderfully helpful, humble people. P.S: They are NOT obligated to provide the services they provided me in the situations I mentioned above (like 1 to 4) to you. Those are EXTRA stuff they did, in their free time. Even outside of those situations, I would STILL rate them 10/10 for support as they provide you with everything to answer your questions, and more. I would rate them 20/10 for support if I could.
