So after identifying an illegal website belonging to a cybercrime well known organization, I sent an email to ddos guard abuse department.

The proof was too obvious and the website in question, rescator.cm, is well known for being one of the biggest carding websites on the internet.

Here is the reply I got from them :

Our company can’t act as juridical or investigative authorities and considers crime investigations and ascertainment of guilt as competence of the corresponding authorities which are specified by law. We are ready to consider any claim which is confirmed by the court order or resolution of pretrial investigation authorities.
