We have asked the customer to correct his review, as it does not correspond to the facts. Our services are provided within 24h to 72h after payment is received in full. The order and payment (round about 15 EUR) was made on 06.04.2021. The provision and activation of the ordered service was made on 08.04.2021. Between 06.04.2021 and 08.04.2021 the customer opened THREE tickets. It seems that this customer is very very impatient. Also, he does not seem to understand that a scam at 15 EUR makes no sense and the accusation itself is already bullshit.

This has been resolved now, however I would still poorly rate the customer service response as it should not take three tickets to get staff attention.
