Having taken out a 3 year option with Greengeeks in 2012 and having numerous problems with this company mainly with communications. It was difficult to get anything resolved to my satisfaction. I solved most of the issue without their support, this all took place within the first 6 months.

Since then, when ever I have a problem they have responded quickly, they have given me the information that I required instead of reams of non- sense and they have generally been helpful in solving problems/ Sometimes I still have to get a bit stroppy, but this seems to work...it shouldn't but it does.... so kick up a fuss and you get the service you pay for.

This is my first hosting company as i did not want to keep moving my account so I toughed it out,,well I had payed my fees I have about 12 months left then i will decide if I will remain with this company at the moment it is look favourable.

I used Green Geeks for almost 3 years. Over a year ago things started to go downhill. I was experiencing multiple periods of down time and would contact Green Geeks for an explanation. It was great that I could call or email and immediately get through, but I always got the same canned responses and never an explanation that was satisfactory or suggestions how I could help prevent these problems from happening. Referred a few clients to them and have seen the same problems. Since moved those clients off as well.

I've been with GreenGeeks for about two years and am completely satisfied. The only problem I had was due to my learning curve... I thought they were responsible for a problem that I or some other program/plug-in had caused. Even then, they still helped me investigate the issue and solve the problem.

I love this company. I realize I pay a bit more than competitors, but the green hosting is worth it and their support is simply AMAZING. They're 24/7 and I have a response about any problem in less than an hour (usually less). There servers can be a bit slow at times, but I just got an email from their support team notifying me of upgrades that were going to happen for free. I would highly recommend anyone pay a little extra for these guys for their support & green hosting. They offer all the same features as the competitors.
