tried them for two weeks, their support was dogshit and super rude. and the performance was not as promised. infact very dissapointing. just felt like a cashgrab tbh..
Terrible customer support. Basically non existent. They switched off my server because someone hacked a wordpress website and send out requests. Took more than a day for them to turn it back on. Total joke
I have more than 20 servers on Hosteurope since 2012, the service is great, the support is very professional, the interface is partially in English, but the support speak English well. The price is very cheap, I tried other services but I still prefer Hosteurope
Wait until you try to leave them..., they'll charge you for several months after you try to cancel the product (cancellation terms, it's in the fine print somewhere).

- they will continue charging you for cancelled contracts. - they are the most bureaucratic organisation you've ever seen, --> with customer 'support' experience form 2008. - literally, I've used them back then too and it's the same BS. - they just want your money, keep away!
I have a wordpress website on Host Europe. It does not work fine, when I try to open my website it says : Database Server is Down - Error Connecting with Database. This is the worst hosting server in the world. I will never use it.
I had a VPS on them for 6 years. Management interface is crap. Mostly in German, very little is translated to English. If you don't speak German you will have a very hard time to navigate. There is no option to upgrade the Operating System. The container can only be reinstalled with the OS you got the day you ordered it. I ended to run on the container an obsolete end-of-life / unsupported Ubuntu version without the ability to upgrade without migrating to a new VPS. Email communication is rude, again mostly in German. I wrote them in English and they replied in German. I wanted to terminate the service, but I still have to pay the remaining 8 months until the subscription ends. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
