Thank you for your feedback. Over the past 9 years, our uptime has been excellent overall, though the past year there were some bouts of downtime due to major network outages at our datacentre OVH as explained in our email notifications and server status page. OVH is expanding fast and is launching many new server locations to offer everyone hosting closer to home, unfortunately, there have been some issues network related along the way which is to be expected. OVH assured that of the downtime that was caused were one-offs and should not happen again in the way they did last year. OVH are constantly improving their infrastructure so should any downtime happen in the future they will be able to bring services back online much quicker.
So just to confirm, the downtime was not caused directly by HostXNow due to poor management our end but a 3rd party issue with our upstream provider OVH.
Of course, we will do our best to ensure our customers always achieve the best uptime, even if that means having to use different providers and datacentres. We hope network uptime will be much better with OVH in the future and we thank all our customers who understand that such issues can and do happen at all providers from time to time.
