service with 100% available support right there in your phone, email, or web ticket whenever you need them.
Kamatera's service and their support staff are the best. I highly recommend them! I migrated all my web applications from Azure and now finally I've found a service with 100% available support right there in your phone, email, or web ticket whenever you need them.
I have a windows VPN with Kamatera and found their pricing and hardware performance to be excellent. Even though my service is un-managed they are always eager to help and answer questions. My latest request involving installing SQL Server 2019 Web edition which was flawless and btw, is one of the few hosting providers that offers it and they offer it at a reasonable price.
I must admit, so far, I am very impressed with their service. They assign you an Account Manager Executive right from the start, a real person!
In addition, what I like so far about the experience with them is: 1) Their dashboard has a lot of features and offers great flexibility in managing my instances. 2) The fact that they display a phone number predominantly on your support page, KOODO! We do not see that a lot now a days. 3) I tried the support desk with one inquiry ticket and the response was faster than for some high priority tickets I had opened with their competitor. 4) So far, my instance is fast, responsive and very stable.
Overall, great service and very competitive pricing.
Not recommended. Support feels rude and apply obsessive marketing, like "Hey, I don't get, why you don't want to give me your mail, no spam guaranteed". At the end i didn't manage to connect any of my credit cards for unknown reason. They said i should write to billing team for manual card connection. Previously not problem with this cards for any services.
Recently migrated to Kamatera, and I must say that they have been more than accommodating to my requirements. An intuitive user interface, with a quick turn-around of services and excellent customer support. I highly recommend anyone to at least try them out! Like me, you'll be happy and stay.
After a couple of weeks of researching and testing, Kamatera is the only solution remained for my use case: single and mobile (very mobile) user, with quite flexibile needs: Office VBA programming (8 GB RAM, quad-core), medium graphic design (16 GB RAM, six to eight cores). I choose hourly billing cycle. Account management is very simple and clear and support is awesome: fast and focused on solving problems / questions
I have VPS with Windows for a couple of time and I'm really satisfied with it! When I have any dude, the support is really fast and give useful help. Just recommended!
I love their pricing and how easy it is to configure cloud OS. But the most important part is they are giving free 30 days trial and support. And their support people are amazing.
