march 2023 i purchased the cpanel reseller from this provider. Later i could feel that the support is too bad. I could see only one person always in the support chat. Even a registered user or guest user can only find this person. I used paypal payment while i purchase and i could see the amount paid gone to the support person's account. I short i could see that this is a one man show service.
The ticket raised with high priority didnt open even after one hour. The are cheep in price and cheep in support.

We have responded to your support email. We have clearly explained the issue. You have sent more than 30,000+ emails through your main domain that is fully under your control.

The reason for the slowness of the server is your account. After the suspension the server load as usual and the issue fixed
I had a reseller plan, i faced multiple poblems in the first few weeks. When I asked the support for help i got really unprofessional response, i beem told the issue is on my side (was clearly not). The next day i had almost 1 hour down time.
When made a complain they sent me the server status witch showed 100% uptime. That was not true. When I talked to the support before I left this company the last message was this :
"Ok dear, we sorry that our service doesn’t suits you,
Happy with your new hosting provider ?"
In short: Unprofessional team, doesn't have a deep knowledge about hosting. Rude costumer service. Poor quality services. I do not sugges to no one to buy their services.
We use uptimerobot as monitoring. in that we don't have an option to change the uptime. it is all live data and maintained by them.
You have used nodejs. We don't know which script you have ran. when your script reaches the resources your site may have the issue with loading and database connection issue. we are using cloudlinux Cagefs. So whatever you did within your reseller doesn't affect other resellers. So there sites remain up and loading fast. this is the reason the server was online while your website not loading. in case according to the script you are using you need to choose the right package
Unfortunately what you say is not even close to what has actually happened. I did not use nodejs, I have no idea where do you get your information from, but I highly suggest you check your facts. Interestingly when went to another, better, more reliable provider my issues has magically disappeared. You doing the same thing you have been doing all time, making up stuff and blaming others if a mistake has been made by you. This was the second and last time I paid for your service. The first time was the time I actually used the nodejs you were talking about, approximately 1 year ago... and the node selector stopped working every other day. I know it was my fault the script was bad etc... but again, when I ran the script on any other server, it was working just fine... must be magic.
I contact the provider about this, they said your site still giving blank with you new provider. For me promohost working well until now while I am using there service.
I cannot find any other places get these features for this price. What hosting you using now? let me know I will give it a try it too
You guys should bring down your pride. You guys are very proud. And you treat customers poorly with the mindset that your service is cheap. I discovered that type of host you buy determines how they treat you. If you buy R1 or 2 they will look down on you and treat you lesser than those who pay R4. All customers should be taken as very important. They don't run business this way. If your customers complain learn to apologize and show support.

At Promohosts Reseller we have had package 2 which will include WHMCS for free. However, the company claims that they are using legal versions of WHMCS. About this I contacted WHMCS and this does not seem to be the case view image.
After contacting us, we were immediately dismissed as cheap people and that we will not achieve anything in our life.
