I have worked with Techarex Networks, which is originally Afore Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. This company is based in Noida, India. Owner of this company is a big cheat. He plays with his clients as well as employees. If anyone wants to file a suit against this company, then do contact me.
This service hasn't worked for quite some time now and I was unaware because it is not something my client's use often. I have not been able to make contact with the company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I have been without my service since 5/18. I also get the 48 to 72 hours to resolve issues which is a total lie. I too got a call from a different company stating they can get my files back :( ….. How????How can you get the data back when you cannot even get to them?? Help please

Communication skills are horrible. I am not able to access my company records for 3 weeks and can’t reach anyone to get information. I’m sure lots of people have been hurt by this company.
Been without Quickbook service since 05/18/2018. I too get the 48-72 hours to resolve their infrastructure issues. I found an email address on their site and requested our files so we can go with another company and about a minute later I got a call from a different company stating they heard about our situation and offering their service to get our data back. I asked how did they know this and all the reasons I received had no foundation. How do I get our data back when we can not get through to them?
Those Mother F’er at Techarex Networks are still billing my debit card even though they are not providing QuickBooks service. I want reimbursement for last month and the new billing.
Our company uses Techarex for QuickBooks hosting for our operations throughout the US. We have been without service for 8 days and counting. On 5/18/2018, a tech support voice mail indicated "they are having major issues with their infrastructure and expect it to be resolved within 48 - 72 hours. Calls and technical support tickets have gone unanswered since then. If you call support, you are on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected with an automated "Good-Bye". There hasn't been a response to our ticket as of 5/25. With the dependence on Techarex for accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, the low price doesn't justify the operational risk.
The network has been down for 1 week. There is no answer on any of their phone lines, and no response from their support email. I contacted them through a partner earlier this week and was told that the network would be back up in 2 days. This was not accurate.
