I've been with Tier.net since 2018 and highly recommend them! Prior to switching to Tier.Net in 2018, I was with a big name provider. I have literally saved several hundred dollars a year by switching my VPS to them and when I did, they transferred all of my data at no charge! They have always been extremely courteous and helpful any time I have needed them for anything. I'm not a tech expert by any means, but with them you don't need to be. Highly recommended! 10+

I've been with Tier.net for almost 3 years now. Happy content minimal downtime or issues and when I do have one Evan, Mark, and John always make sure my concerns are addressed. I've had the same Xeon E3 box from the beginning and decided it was time to upgrade. I work in IT and this box is used for my "Home Lab" and a production web hosting server for a handful of clients in the Charlotte Area. John, Mark, and Evan made this upgrade and migration process as easy as could be. I cannot recommend TierNET enough for Reliability, Honest, and Trust Worthy. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

I had 7 websites I needed to move from my existing web host due to lack of customer service. Some of those sites were extremely large and complicated. I'm not a technical person so I was concerned about making the move. TierNet assured me they could move the sites with minimal downtime and hassle. And they did! They answered all of my questions and followed through on everything they said they'd handle. My sites were up and running in one day. In particular, thanks to Ben (sales) and Jacob (tech). This is my second year with Tier.net!. Never had downtime with my VPS, I sometimes restart my VPS for NGINX update that's the only 2 seconds downtime that I had with my VPS Server. Support is very good. I get both Live chat support and Ticket Support for migration help. I really wanted to give a review because I felt I must do because migrating to a new configuration that is not really recommended by their tech team, but I wanted it to be done, so Mr. Mark Van did the migration to this new VPS with Cyberpanel Free with Openlitespeed. Now I'm having a very fast server than NGINX even. This new Experiment went well and all are great. I have a lot of experience with different hosting companies with VPS plans and non of them come close to Tier.net VPS with their Ultimate support option enabled. I have found a great company to work with and I'm a very happy customer.

I had a problem with cloud performance economics and cost management - with AWS, Vultr, to name a few. Triton by Joyent allows me to deploy a private cloud on metal to achieve vastly greater container performance as they are now run adjacent to the metal within a Zone rather than atop the metal via Docker in an HVM environment like libvirt or EC2. So I deployed 3x Dual E5-2690v2 192GB 3x500GB SSD Dual 10GbE Dell R620's. I spoke with Evan who assured me it was within their reach to build - Dual NICs, 3 VLANs, and a USB key to boot. Triton is clearly not well supported like VMWare so everyone had to accept the idiosyncrasies of hardware, setup, and deployment. Which Tier.Net assisted and resolved each step of the way. We spec'd RAID initially and I discovered that I needed HBA's later - they fulfilled the request in a few days. I will continue to do business with them. Jacob and Evan deserve a shoutout as they made this Triton deployment possible in a timely manner despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

I was kind of freaking out that my website was down. I tried everything I knew to resolve it before sending in a ticket. The tier.net support person had my site up in minutes and also cleaned up a few things. So helpful. Thanks again!

Over the years, I've learned that everyone company is great, until you have problems. Problems, and how they are handled, separates the average to the great. We've used almost every hosting out their, and be far, Tier.Net has served us the best. 1st, it's their knowledge. They know what they are doing, and once you are settled into their service, you don't need them except for problems and advice. That's when you really appreciate them and what the great people they have working for you. I don't see us going anywhere else, and now I'm ready to recommend our clients use them also.

I have been with Tier Net now going on 3 years I signed up in January 2017 from a post on WebHostingTalk (WHT) and never had a problem and if I had any concern or ran into any snag, the staff at Tier resolved it within minutes , sometimes a couple hours, never beyond 24, many hosts I been with as budget hosting is you got what you paid for, slow service or lagged support, however when you sign up with Tier you will see you are getting gold at the price of aluminum...this is why I give Tier a 10 out of 10...Reliablity- Always up (99.99%) Pricing- for what you get you can't beat it -- User Friendly -Staff is always there to help you , even at times they will help you with 3rd party software, -- Support - top notch, better than those that charge 5x the monthly fee -- Features - they offer amazing amount of OS and Panels, to help you from sign up to launching , everything is right there for an easy setup.. But hey don't just take my word on this, try them out for yourself and I am sure in 3 years you will be writing a similiar review yourself
