Great, high quality services with very good prices
I am using colocation services from XSServer / SkyLink and they are great. The prices are very good and they are always trying to find the best solution for you. A problem occurs, maybe on Saturday evening? No matter, the friendly staff is always reachable and they always find quick and professional solutions for you. What I really like is the way of communication, it's very personal. You can easily contact the owner(s) of this company and I personally do always have very nice and interesting talks with them when I am at the datacenter for my colocation services.
Also the other services XSServer is offering do have a great level of quality, no matter if dedicated servers, VPS or other services like domains.
Terrible Customer Support - Do not respond to tickets - 0 stars
I purchased a 1gbps dedicated server - they were more than happy to take my payment 2 days ago - since then there has been 0 responses to my tickets - my server has been down for 3 days now they do not respond to tickets (I've opened 3). TERRIBLE company stay away
I am unable to edit the original review but I wanted to provide an update. XSServer responded when I was able to reach them on chat on their main page. They have informed me that the server had a PSU failure that was taking time to replace.
The server has since been replaced and reinstalled and I now have access to the device. They have also extended my time to reflect the initial wait.
They have fairly corrected their mistake - however the only issue I have with this process is their lack of response to tickets - had they told me on the first day what was going on - it would not have been a problem.
They get points for correcting it and taking care of the issue tho
not recommended, I had to restart my servers too often so they work properly ! there were down times and at the end suspended due to use their fake unlimited bandwidth !
