When it came to building my website, I would have liked to have seen more tools to create a professional looking site. Ultimately, I decided to find a more trustworthy host that could provide better tools to actually build my website. When I tried to invoke Glowhost's Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, I was told that I'd be charged for my domain name that was originally offered for free, and that the charge would come out of my hosting refund. I was sent links to terms and conditions that differed from what I'd already read. After mentioning my intentions of sharing my experiences, I was then told that they could offer me the full refund as an "exception." I replied that I had no intention of withholding details of my experience, and the offer was revoked. In short, Glowhost was not for me. I felt misled by the Satisfaction Guarantee and was dissatisfied in the amount of issues that arose within my first week alone. For anyone looking for web hosting services, Glowhost has timely technical support but was far from pain free for me and abides by the same fine print any cheaper, more popular, professional, and easier to use host does as well.
