I'm happy with my hosting

For Italian hosting, this is the best I have found. They keep my site up and running well and all for a nice price. If you have problems, they will fix it once you get in touch with them. Overall, this is a great company to work with for hosting.

Low support knowledge

I've tested their hosting with my woocommerce website and the speed is so average. The worst thing was their support, so unprofessional, mostly without a proper knowledge. My question was related to the issue of uploading max...

files which after many days of writing it turned out that they can't do anything with it, even with the proper settings in their PHP management. Many people picked my ticket, giving me strange not related with the issue suggestions, some of them did not even read the previous posts and I had to confirm that I already did things they have asked. Their support it is just wast of time.
