It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. We recommend the comparison portal www.cloudorado.com which provides a vast overview of cloud service offers. As from January 1st, 2017, it will no longer be possible to place new «SecureRack vDatacenter» orders. Existing services are still available free of charge until March 31st, 2017. We recommend you to transfer your data as soon as possible, as all data and servers will be deleted irrevocably on March 31st, 2017.
