They claim it's 24/7/365 with Live Chat, but Live Chat does not exist!! They have cancelled their phone services and what is worst is that their support ticket service has become excruciatingly slow and inefficient. I have had several occasions when my website froze, emails not working, setting unexpectedly changed and now they are requiring their clients (me) to adjust some DNS record settings, of which obviously I have no clue...and they are not offering any support.
