My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was billed twice for the services they provided. I tried
...to address this issue by updating my card information on their website, but they conveniently updated their website to make it impossible to update the card on file.
Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with over 30 different representatives, each of whom assured me that my card information would be updated. However, despite their promises, my card details remained unchanged.
To make matters worse, the company eventually sent my account to collections because they couldn't update the card or bill the card that I had previously updated with one of their representatives.
But the horror didn't end there. The client who was supposed to receive the services, which I had repeatedly attempted to pay for, ended up suing me for $10,000. I lost this case as a result.
This company's incompetence and disregard for its customers have not only caused me substantial financial loss but also unnecessary stress and legal troubles. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its services.
