Lately their servers have been overloaded and constantly going down.
Our website has gone offline at least 10 times over the last few weeks.

have reported these issues multiple times, and they have done nothing to properly fix them. We even reported extremely high server loads to them multiple times.
I do not recommend this hosting provider for important or serious projects.
