After nearly a
... decade with them, I was hit with the worst hosting disaster imaginable. Their SSL setup completely broke my site. It became unreachable, insecure, and unusable. Their "support" is laughable — a bunch of clueless people who keep parroting excuses instead of fixing problems. They blamed DNS, yet the second I moved to a different host without changing a thing, the site worked perfectly and SSL was fixed instantly. That proves it — the issue was 100% on their end.
They had no urgency, no technical know-how, and zero accountability. When I asked for a refund, they brushed it off saying I left “too soon” — as if I was supposed to sit there and let my site rot while they fumbled in the dark.
This company is a joke. They don’t know what they’re doing, and they don't care. I lost traffic, SEO rankings, and time — all because of their garbage hosting.
MyTrueHost is NOT a hosting provider — it’s a liability. Avoid them like a virus. You’ve been warned.
