always been polite and quick to resolve any requests. Thank you Lina! Update 2023-03-06 Today I received an invoice for a domain renewal, despite the promise from the above mentioned person of a year free with a domain transfer. According to their customer service, I have to pay if I want to keep my domain. Unfortunately it seems like they make promises they can't keep.

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
